Dr. Hari Menon
Dr. Hari Menon is a seasoned healthcare management leader with 36 years of experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence and quality accreditation across hospitals and healthcare systems in India, the GCC and beyond. An MBBS graduate from Bangalore Medical College, he has built a distinguished career steering multi-specialty tertiary care hospitals, TPA operations and healthcare groups through turnarounds, expansions and international accreditation processes. With international exposure spanning the UAE, Bahrain, the Maldives and India, Dr. Hari Menon combines clinical grounding with sharp business acumen from P&L management and M&A to policy formulation and large-team leadership. He is recognized as an approved ACHSI (Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International) Surveyor and has consulted on hospital accreditation projects internationally.

Dr. Deepthi Madhu
Dr. Deepthi Madhu is the Medical Superintendent and an accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in hospital administration, quality management, patient safety, infection prevention and control and clinical governance. She holds international certifications including CPHQ®️ and CIC®️ and has held key leadership roles at Apollo Adlux Hospital, Caritas Hospital and Marsleeva Medicity, where she played a pivotal role in achieving NABH, NABL, ISO and other national quality accreditations. With a firm belief in continuous learning, Dr. Deepthi has also completed the GCSRT program from Harvard Medical School, equipping her with contemporary skills in clinical research and translational medicine. With deep expertise in hospital operations, strategic planning and risk management, Dr. Deepthi remains committed to delivering safe, patient-centered and excellence-driven healthcare services. She also serves as an External Assessor with the American Accreditation Commission International (AACI), contributing her expertise in healthcare quality and infection control to global accreditation standards
