Biography
Dr. Anies M.S is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynecologist with extensive training
and experience in managing a wide range of gynecological and obstetric conditions.
He completed his MBBS from St. Johns Medical College, Bangalore, and went on to
complete his MRCOG Part 2 from the Royal College, London. Dr. Anies also holds a
Fellowship in HIV Medicine from CMC Vellore, Tamil Nadu, a Certificate in
Sonography from Senthil School of Sonography, Chennai, and completed both Basic
and Advanced Laparoscopy courses at the Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Centre in
Coimbatore and Paul's Hospital in Ernakulam.
Dr. Anies has had diverse clinical experience, starting as a Junior Medical Officer at Nirmala Hospital in Bhadravathi, India, from 2000 to 2003. He worked at St. Philominas Hospital and St. George Hospital in London between 2003 and 2007, gaining valuable experience in MRCOG. From 2008 to 2012, he served as a Consultant Gynecologist at CG Hospital in Belgaum, India. He then worked at Crescent Hospital in Alathur, India, from 2012 to 2019 and later as a Consultant Gynecologist at Mother Care Hospital in 2019-2020. Dr. Anies specializes in the management of various obstetric and gynecological complications, including second, third, and fourth-degree perineal tears, vacuum and forceps deliveries, LSCS, and managing pregnancies with previous cesarean sections. He is experienced in handling placenta previa, placenta accreta, and post-partum hemorrhage. Dr. Anies is proficient in managing high-risk pregnancies, including
conditions like gestational diabetes, hypertension, eclampsia, and pregnancy- induced hypertension.
