She holds an MBBS from Government TD Medical College, Alappuzha, Kerala, India, and has completed her MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Government Medical College, Thrissur, Kerala, India. Additionally, she has accured Diplomate of the National Board (DNB) in Obstetrics and Gynecology, complemented by MRCOG Part 1 (Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists). Dr. Athira Raju has demonstrated expertise in managing a wide range of gynecological conditions, performing complex surgeries, and delivering patient-centered care. She is adept at utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and improve clinic efficiency. Throughout her career, she has shown an ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to continuous medical education. She served as a Consultant Gynecologist at SH Medical Centre, after gaining valuable experience as a Senior Resident at Government Medical College, Thrissur.
