With over 20 years of experience, he has served in various esteemed roles, including Consultant Urologist in Tuticorin and Senior Consultant and Associate Professor at Travancore Medical College. Dr. Narayanan has also worked internationally in Saudi Arabia and Before joining Smita Hospital he practices at Apollo Reach Hospital, Karaikudi

He specializes in Endourology, Laparoscopic, and Open Surgeries, utilizing advanced techniques, including magnifying loupes for precision. His extensive training includes robotic surgery and participation in numerous workshops and CME programs, underscoring his commitment to providing high-quality patient care in urology.
Committed to ongoing education, Dr. Narayanan has attended numerous workshops and continuing medical education (CME) programs, both locally and internationally. His training includes robotic surgery at the World Laparoscopy Hospital in New Delhi, laparoscopic surgery training at Kovai Medical Center in Coimbatore, and participation in uro-oncology workshops.
